Joseph G. Imbriani is a Partner of the firm and concentrates in the areas of taxation and trust and estate planning and administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist. Mr. Imbriani advises individuals and fiduciaries on income, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning matters such as multi-generational wealth transfers, stock options, small business acquisitions and dispositions, financial planning and traditional will and trust planning for U.S. and non-U.S. citizens. Mr. Imbriani also serves as a Trustee of revocable and irrevocable trusts. Mr. Imbriani has over 25 years experience in the preparation of income tax returns and has worked for the international accounting firms of Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Imbriani is a magna cum laude graduate of Stonehill College and a cum laude graduate of the Suffolk University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and the United States Tax Court. He's a member of the American, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations' taxation and probate sections, American Association of Attorneys - Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, taxation and personal financial planning sections.
